Castle Club

Castle Club offers numbered digital Units that function like digital real estate—giving you ground to build, create, gather, or simply exist online.

Castle Club is anchored by a Bitcoin treasury, designed to support long-term resilience and independence.
The project is more than its “.Inc” corporate wrapper and more than its “.cloud” gTLD. Its continuity is intentionally tied to a transparent, non-sovereign reserve, auditable on-chain and insulated from the pressure points of traditional financial institutions.

Structure and products
Castle Club offers two types of units, we call them Suites and Studios .
Suites:
10,000 Suites will ever be issues in increments of 1000 over the next 10 years.
Suites are sold at auction
Suites can only be purchased in bitcoin
The minimum cost of a Suite is 0.1 BTC + applicable taxes 
The release of inventory will occur on Jan 3rd in honour of the genesis block launch date.

Studios:
1000 Studios will be released each month. This issuance could increase over time. 
Studios are not auctioned but simply purchased for asking price.
Studios can be purchased via credit cards and BTC
The cost of 1 Studio in 2026 is $1,000.00 USD + applicable taxes

Suites are finite, capped digital estates intended for long-term ownership, exhibitions, venues, patrons of the arts or for personal digital residences.
Studios have growing supply that is more accessible better suited for creators and first-time builders.

Routing and Hosting
Castle Club does not host content.

As a Unit owner:
• You choose where your content or services are hosted
• You provide Castle Club with the IP address of that infrastructure
• Castle Club then routes the subdomain associated with your Unit — your “door” — to that address

You remain  in control of your content, hosting, and infrastructure.

Auction and Marketplace 
Suites are allocated through a rolling weekly auction cycle designed to encourage fair price discovery and consistent participation. Only fully members with full KYC can enter the auction room.
All Suite auctions operate on a weekly cycle, using Toronto, Canada (Eastern Time) as the official reference timezone.

Auction Window
• Auctions open every Monday at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time, Canada)
• Auctions close every Friday at 4:00 PM (Eastern Time, Canada)

Settlement Period
• Closing on winning bids must be completed no later than Saturday at 4:00 PM (Eastern Time, Canada)
• Participants outside Canada are responsible for converting these times to their local timezone.

If a Sale Does Not Complete
• Any Suite that does not successfully complete settlement is released back into the auction pool
• These Suites become available again the following Monday at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time, Canada)
• This weekly cycle continues until all Suites for that release period are successfully sold

As AI continues to reduce the cost of building digital infrastructure, software itself becomes abundant—often little more than a prompt.

In that world, value shifts away from construction and toward context.

Castle Club is designed to be a premium digital location—a kind of digital high-rise—where independent spaces coexist within a shared address, shared standards, and shared reputation. Artists, investors, developers, and creative minds become neighbors not by competing for attention, but by elevating the environment they inhabit together.

All Units share this common standing. Because reputation is collective, routing to content that is illegal, clearly harmful, or abusive may be disconnected following review. Some will see this as a necessary check and balance; others may view it as a constraint on expression.

This framework is intentional.

Castle Club is not designed to be everything for everyone. It is designed to be worth caring about—and that requires boundaries as much as freedom.
